Stories of healing from MIRRAGEN® patients
“After 12 weeks of using MIRRAGEN, my 8-year old wounds have completely healed.”
|
Over the past eight years, I experienced over 14 separate surgical operations to treat my chronic open wounds associated with my autoimmune disease diagnosis. I was in severe chronic pain, depressed, and reluctant to be exposed to yet another wound treatment protocol. I thought healing my wound was not possible.
I became hopeful after viewing the information on the ETS Wound Care website, that I might finally have been referred to the “right technology.” I began using MIRRAGEN® Advanced Wound Matrix in mid-2017, and today I can say that MIRRAGEN has drastically changed my life! After 12 weeks using MIRRAGEN, my eight-year-old wounds have been completely healed, and cleanly under the dedicated and compassionate treatment plan developed by my wound care physician, and her staff. — Mary Therese Luedke, Minnesota |
“Within 7-10 days, the clinical pseudomonas infection was virtually gone and there was a rapid improvement in wound healing."

As a physician unfortunately diagnosed with pyoderma gangrenosum, I have had chronic wounds for over three years. The wounds became severely infected (mainly with pseudomonas) while I was on biologic immunotherapy requiring treatment with acetic acid and hypochlorite solution resulting in even slower wound healing. While I found dissolvable glass suspect (a little like edible plastic), I was started on MIRRAGEN® Advanced Wound Matrix 3–4 months ago with dramatic results. Within 7–10 days the clinical pseudomonas infection was virtually gone and there was a rapid improvement in wound healing.
Over the past 3–4 months my wounds have decreased by 50% which is a fabulous improvement over the previous three years. I also had a marked decrease in overall pain, inflamation and wound drainage when MIRRAGEN was started. I have also been impressed with MIRRAGEN's ease of use. While I am not a wound care physician, I have been impressed with my response to MIRRAGEN and I am hopeful there may be an end to my wound nightmare. I would recommend a trial of MIRRAGEN especially in those patients who have difficult to treat chronic wound infections and pyoderma gangrenosum. — Kristine Thomas, MD, California |
